The automatic grinder-doser Enea features fl at, 64 mm diameters’ grinding burrs and the micrometric adjustment of the grinding by a worm screw system, with removable handle, which allows the operator to move the grinding burrs easily because the force is multiplied. Enea is equipped with a safety micro-switch to protect baristas when the hopper is released and a tamper which can be chosen in a 53 mm or 56 mm diameter.
